一、清洗籃

在使用多槽式超聲波清洗機清洗一些較小的零件物品時經常需要使用清洗筐，但是清洗筐上的網眼會引起超聲衰減，所以要特別引起注意，注意選擇網眼大小合適的清洗籃，此外建議選用不銹鋼材質的清洗籃，盡量不要使用塑膠框，這樣能夠防止靜電的產生。

二、清洗時間

通常在清洗時每道工序的時間定為三至五分鐘，如果被清洗物品的表面積比較大，或者工件的結構較為復雜時，要注意根據實際情況酌情調整多槽式超聲波清洗機的清洗時間。若被清洗物容易出現重疊以及粘附的現象，那么在將被清洗物放入及取出槽液的時候可以抖動一下工件，讓清洗劑充分與工件接觸以提高清洗效果。

三、加液和串槽

用多槽式超聲波清洗機清洗工件要注意槽液不能加得太滿，以免發生兩槽超聲波清洗劑之間相互混合以及瀝干時清洗筐底部黏液的現象。此外，多槽式超聲波清洗機的每個槽應為獨立的操作工序，注意不要將兩槽清洗劑相互串用或人為減少操作工序以及清洗的操作時間。
