超聲波清洗機主要是利用超聲波的空化作用，對工件周圍形成巨大沖擊，使工件表面及縫隙中的污垢迅速剝落，從而達到工件表面凈化的目的。該清洗方法使復雜、曲面、細小工件的清洗變為方便可行，也可以實現自動化操作。由于清洗介質--水含有少量空氣，故初次清洗或更換清洗介質后的一段時間，超聲波清洗機的超聲效果會弱化，但隨著清洗時間的延長，水中空氣的減少，即“生水”變成“熟水”后，超聲波清洗效果會得到明顯提升。此外，超聲波清洗最佳溫度在40℃--60℃。

Due to the presence of a small amount of air in the cleaning medium - water, the ultrasonic cleaning effect of the ultrasonic cleaning machine will weaken for a period of time after the initial cleaning or replacement of the cleaning medium. However, as the cleaning time prolongs, the air in the water decreases, that is, after "raw water" becomes "cooked water", the ultrasonic cleaning effect will be significantly improved. In addition, the optimal temperature for ultrasonic cleaning is between 40 ℃ and 60 ℃.

超聲波高壓噴淋組合清洗適合有孔和有平面的工件。兩者結合的作用下可以達到滿意的清潔效果。整個清洗過程，采用網帶輸送的形式，使用時應避免工件重疊。    影響工件清洗效果的因素有很多，包括水質、清洗溫度、清洗時間的長短、清洗液的成分、清洗液更換周期、壓縮空氣（鼓泡）質量、環境空氣質量、工件在清洗時的放置姿態及數量等，都對清洗效果有直接影響。此外，工件上如有水漬，主要原因是水質或壓縮空氣（風切）不符合要求造成的，采用去離子水并提高壓縮空氣純度可有效消除水漬。

Ultrasonic high-pressure spray combination cleaning is suitable for workpieces with holes and flat surfaces. The combination of the two can achieve satisfactory cleaning results. The entire cleaning process is carried out in the form of mesh belt conveyor, and overlapping of workpieces should be avoided during use.
